Aly Bucholz — Founder of FORA. At 12 Aly was handed a camera by her photographer/grandfather, and that was that. What followed has been a journey of artistic growth, sleepless nights, and no small amount of chutzpah. Aly honed her production chops at Tallgrass Pictures while helping the company grow from a fledgling 2-person operation to a 12-person, full-service production company. And now she’s at the helm of FORA, showcasing her considerable talents as a director, photographer, DP, and producer.

Gavin Filipiak — Gavin is a director with an editor’s eye, or is he an editor with a director’s command of story? We give up, it’s both. Gavin enjoys exploring subcultures and focuses on characters that disregard the rules. His music videos have been featured in Vice, on MTV, Pitchfork, Uproxx, and Univision. As an editor, Gavin helps brands like PlayStation, Universal Records and OBEY sublimely plus their video content.
